Susan's Gin Old Fashioned

1.5 oz gin (Aria is the favorite)
.5 oz lemon juice
1 tsp RAFT Simple Syrup
5-6 dashes RAFT Aromatic Bitters
2-3 dashes RAFT Orange Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir to chill and strain it into a tumbler with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz Averna
3 oz soda water
3-4 dashes RAFT Grapefruit Bitters

1.5 oz whiskey
.25 oz RAFT Smoked Tea Vanilla Syrup
4-6 dashes RAFT Aromatic Bitters
3 oz hot cider

1.5 oz Vodka, Rum, or Whiskey
1 oz RAFT Cranberry Five Spice Syrup
1 oz pear juice
6 dashes RAFT Orange Bitters
3 oz Soda water
